In fact, there are two thing to consider. In the firm mentality, people accept the mentality of misfortune and accuse everyone and everything else ... except me.

As you can imagine, the growth mindset is much more conducive to success. By taking over and assuming a growth situation, you can stand out in your career.

Characteristics of the company mentality:

  • Feel classified as an error
  • Be discouraged if something does not work as expected
  • Ability to learn.
  • If so, you may have a strong mentality.

Characteristics of growth thinking:

  • Take a challenge
  • Learn from mistakes and failures.
  • Keep holding.
  • If so, you can have a growth situation.

There are other aspects to every mentality, but these are some of the key features. Clearly, the idea is to adopt a growth mindset to move forward.

Is it still possible to have a grow your mind. Humans will one day be difficult, but people with a sense of growth will try to turn these days into learning challenges.

I think there will always be optimists. Optimists are people who sometimes drive us crazy because they can not realize that what they suggest will NEVER work.


Find a growth parameter

If you adopt a spirit of growth, you can see things in a new light and approach problems in a new light.

Some things you can do today to grow your business:

Look for problems and deepen them.
Break them
Find what you can learn, delete and improve.
This does not mean that you will always succeed in all areas. This is not a pleading case for "in-person movies", but rather an opportunity to put their experiences under control.

The meaning of this statement is that errors occur.

Some things you can do today to get out of a certain state of mind:

Instead of blaming someone, look for the underlying problems
Before giving up, take a step back and try to see the big picture.
Hard work Yes, it may not seem intuitive and make you insult. It's not your solid thought.
